Rain-Mate® umbrellas are backed by a Lifetime Replacement Guarantee for quality-related issues. If something goes wrong due to defects in materials or workmanship, we’ll send you a replacement for free.

To activate your coverage, please register your Rain-Mate® umbrella after purchase using the registration form below.
What is covered?
The Rain-Mate® Lifetime Replacement Guarantee covers quality-related issues, including defects in materials and workmanship.
If anything goes wrong with your product due to a covered quality issue, we will send you a replacement for free.
Where must the product be purchased?
This warranty is only valid for items purchased directly from Rain-Mate® or our parent company, Upper Echelon Products®.
How do I redeem a replacement?
To redeem a replacement under warranty, please email support@upperechelonproducts.com with the following information:
- Order Confirmation or Order ID
- Product Name or Title, especially in cases of multiple orders
- Brief description of the issue along with pictures of the damage, if applicable
